I just got back from my parent's house yesterday after a luxurious and much needed week off from school. Needless to say, it was amazing. The not so amazing part was dealing with the time change and knowing that I will have to get up for school at 6:30.
Today, the last day before school, should have been my day to catch up on school work and prepare myself for a the rest of the week. Yeah. Freaking. Right. I went to a committee meeting, chapter, then onto dance practice for Greek Week. After that, I got home and made about 10 phone calls to various sisters and other Greeks.
As for my homework...well...its mostly done. Granted I didn't have THAT much to do, but I only worked on it for about an hour.
Now I know that I do this to myself. I don't have to volunteer for things or go above and beyond, but quite frankly, I love my sorority a heck of a lot more than I love my America Since 1890 class.
I know I'm not the only one who wants a BS in Sorority life!!! <3
